# My Laptop

There are few materialist things that I love the most in my life: My laptop, my kendama, my books and my pen.

My wife always jokes around, teasing me that my laptop is like my second wife. She even goes as far as saying I prefer my laptop over her because I spend more time with it. It was actually the first thing I bought with my salary. My laptop is pretty special to me; it's taught me how to be patient. It's where I jot down all my diary entries and keep them safe (I'm also on the lookout for a good cloud storage option).

I've got this HP Pavilion gaming laptop that's pretty cool. Lately, I've been contemplating switching to Linux, but then there's Notepad – one of Microsoft's best apps – and I just can't get enough of it. I'm kind of obsessed with its simplicity; it makes writing so easy. No distractions, no bulky ribbons or text editing tools. It gives me that plain text writing and reading vibe that I love.

I've set my Notepad to a black theme with Courier as the font. It's the best for on-screen reading and offers clear text translation.

For social media, I stick to Mastodon, Neocities, Reddit, and YouTube on my laptop. And when it comes to AI work, I rely on DuckDuckGo Chat AI for its top-notch privacy features. Typing on my keyboard just brings me so much satisfaction. Every time I type something into my diary on my laptop, it just brings me joy.
