# Potential Viral Illness

Yesterday, both my wife and I fell sick. We had body aches and felt tired. I think we caught a viral fever without a rise in temperature, possibly transmitted from someone on the train during the return journey. I couldn't sleep properly yesterday even after taking the medicines that usually have good sedation power.

> I can barely smell anything today

> I feel tired

> I am still in bed

> No hunger

> My muscles ache

> My leg joints are aching badly

> My throat is swollen and my left nostril is blocked

#Not sure if it's a common flu, COVID, or maybe some allergic reaction.

My wife said she was feeling better and decided to take the public bus to work. I hope she gets better.
